This 4-hour workshop helps participants clarify their strategy and create a personalized Strategy Guidemap, laying a strong foundation for growth. Close behind is Summit Guide, a 2-hour training that equips business consultants, advisors, coaches, and instructors with tools to implement strategic growth principles. Also popular are Trailhead, a 2-hour session ensuring strategic plans are built on solid principles, and Refresh, our 1-hour live online refresher courses for past participants, designed to reinforce key concepts.
