STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
"Strategy Guidemap" as used herein refers to the business and its owners, representatives, and/or employees. "Client" as used herein refers to any customer of Strategy Guidemap.
- Admission to training events requires registration and payment in advance.
- If, for any reason, a client who has registered and paid for a training fails to attend part or all the training, their registration fee(s) are non-refundable. However, their registration fee may be credited to the cost of a future training within one year.
- If, for any reason, Strategy Guidemap, cancels a training for which clients have registered and paid, registration fees will be fully refunded.
- Strategy Guidemap provides educational and informational services and makes no quantitative or qualitative claims regarding the clients' success as a result of participating in training and application of concepts discussed. Client results will vary.
- Strategy Guidemap undertakes to do its best to supply performant services in due time in accordance with the agreed timeframes. However, none of its obligations can be considered as being an obligation to achieve results. Strategy Guidemap cannot under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.
- The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these standard terms and conditions of sale. In order to be valid, any derogation must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing.
- All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by United States law.
