I've found that 8 out of 10 small business owners cannot define strategy. Further, 9 out of 10 cannot articulate their own company's strategy. Our goal is to help small businesses grow! Clarity and application of strategy accelerates growth!
Sometimes we do this by assisting the business owner directly, but we have multiplied our impact by training consultants and professors. In our most recent training program, in addition to several small business owners and managers, we had helped one trainer, one consultant, one business professor, three small business assistance executives (chamber's of commerce), and two podcasters.
