 Refund and Gift Criteria and Exclusions: 


*To qualify for the refund and impact appreciation gift, the "10 or more" registered businesses must be "your" businesses: chamber members for chambers of commerce sponsors; existing clients for sponsors like banks, consultancies, accounting firms, or SBDC offices, etc; or businesses within the jurisdiction of economic development organization sponsors (e.g., state, county, city). Registrations may include VIP pass users and those using sponsorship codes.


**The sponsorship fee refund is only applicable if your organization paid a sponsorship fee in advance of the training.  It is not applicable if your sponsorship agreement is for a per-participant, post-event reimbursement/payment.
